Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. As part our our world around us topic, ‘Hey, hey, look at me’ the Year 2 children have started learning about the 5 senses. 👀👂👃👄✋

Today we went on a sound walk, using our sense of hearing to listen to the different sounds in our school environment. We discussed what sounds were loud/quiet, and what sounds were natural/artificial.
We also loved creating and showing off our headbands!😊
