Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

We began our new topic ‘Yum, Yum!’ in Year 1 this week.  We were lucky that some of the children knew a lot about joinery, plumbing and fitting a cooker.  We enjoyed playing a new fun game ‘ Pop the popcorn’ on the parachute too!
