Year 1 enjoyed bringing Handa’s Surprise to life this week through hot seating, role-play and creating story maps.

As a Friday treat, we made delicious smoothies using some of the fruit from the story. Laura from the canteen kindly let us use her blender and demonstrated to the children how it works!
