Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Year 1 have been loving their new topic, ‘Yum, Yum!’

The children have been creating fun food items such as pizza, doughnuts, lollipops, watermelons and pasta bowls, all while learning about different foods. Year 1 have also experimented with many different art mediums such as oil pastels and new techniques such as tissue bleeding. The classroom is quickly filling up with colourful creations!
