Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. This week in Year 1, we are learning about how to be a good friend for Anti-Bullying week. In Numeracy, we are practicing the number formation of our new number ‘3’ and exploring height. We are taking Phonics outdoors with our sound hopscotch, and in Literacy, we are participating in shared writing, helping and supporting each other with the tricky process of handwriting.
