Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Year 1- Measuring, internet safety and Grandparents Day!

Year 1 pupils have been comparing objects according to size and using non-standard units to measure. There’s nothing we haven’t measured in our room! Last week we painted our wonderful grandparents. Today, we’ve listened to a very important story about Smartie the Penguin teaching us about internet safety.
