Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

World Book Day Book Swap!

To celebrate World Book Day, our Student Council is organising a whole school Book Swap and invite all students to take part!

Children are invited to bring in a book they have already read and no longer need. They will then have the opportunity to swap it for a different book to take home and enjoy. If families are able to bring in more than one book, they are very welcome to do so.

 

Please ensure that any books sent in are in good condition and are suitable for our young readers.

Books should be brought into school before Friday 27th February.

 

The book swap will take place on World Book Day, on Thursday 5th March.
