Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. We made Porridge!

Today the boys and girls in Year1 received a letter from Mummy Bear asking for our help. Goldilocks had eaten all their porridge and they didn't know how to make some more.

We thought of lots of different ways we could help the bears, but we thought the best way was to send them some instructions on how to make their own porridge.

But, before we could write our instructions, we had to learn how to make porridge ourselves!
