Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

We are learning about the first farmers!

In World Around Us, we are learning all about the first farmers in Ireland. We have learnt about their discovery of planting seeds to grow plants and food, as well as the importance of stone walls to keep their farm animals. Have a look at us planting and building our own stone walls using team work!
