Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’. | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026. Year 2 decided to give some old tyres a new life by turning them into colourful planters for their outdoor area. First, they made sure the tyres were clean and safe to use, then they painted them in bright colours. A big thank you to Packie Mc Elhill for generously donating the paint!
After the paint dried, they filled the tyres with soil and planted some Spring flowers inside. We can watch our plants and vegetables grow and learn more about nature!
