Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

Road Safety Week 2022

Road Safety Week takes place from 14th-18th November 2022.  Our school is getting involved.  

Please take some time to read the leaflets below to help raise awareness!

Also, every child in St. Mary's has been given a high visibility jacket as part of our participation in the Sustrans Active Travel Programme.  These are being sent home and we encourage your child to wear their hi-vis jacket when out and about walking, cycling or scooting!
