Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

Miss McGinn’s Year 5 class have been busy learning about fractions, decimals and time over the past few weeks. They completed various carousel lessons about each topic, getting the chance to move around and work as a team to learn through different games and activities. They got the chance to compete in races against the clock, danced the months of the year to the Macarena and practiced decimal numbers with natural materials outside in the lovely weather!
