Our trip to see Takabuti!

3rd Dec 2021

What an amazing day the Year 4 children had at the Ulster Museum, Belfast, to see the Ancient Egyptian exhibition and Takabuti, the Egyptian mummy that is in preservation in the museum.

They got to handle some real life artefacts, including canopic jars that were over 2000 years old as well as old Egyptian jewellery, hairbrushes, good luck charms and accessories. It was fantastic! A wonderful day was had by all 😀
