Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Today the Year 1 and 2 classes did more investigations into how we can join materials together. Mr O Neill came down to show us how to join different types of wood with nails, screws,wood glue ,clampers and biscuits.....and there’s us thinking biscuits were only for eating! We learned so much and it was all very exciting. We even managed with Mr O Neil’s help to construct a bird box.We are going to paint it and put it out for the poor birds in Winter.
