Maths Investigations with Izak9

The Year 4 children had great fun working together in ordering the numbers using the Izak 9 cube. We counted in 2's and had to work as part of a team listening to our team captains while taking turns in finding the correct numbers for each sequence. We had to think about placing the numbers in rows and columns. We also tried to make 2D shapes using the cubes and had to really think about matching the shapes and colours. Everybody had a part to play in helping each other out.
