Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Mapping a journey

As part of the topic ‘Off We Go’, Year 2 have been developing their mapping skills. They created a ‘messy map’ of their journey into town and mapped their own journey to school. The children reinforced their understanding of directional language by programming their little class robot to go on various journeys also!
