Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Our 'Ditch the Dark' Day, organised by members of the School Council, was great fun. Children have been reminded of the need to be seen to keep us safe and to let other road users know that we are there.

Being seen is very important for our safety. Many serious accidents happen because drivers do not see other road users until it is too late.

Everyone at St. Mary's shone brightly today in our 'Be Bright, Be Seen' campaign.
