Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Our Year 7 class kicked off the topic of Inventions and Ingenuity in the World Around Us with a thought-provoking session that sparked curiosity and creativity. Pupils explored fascinating inventions from the past, considering how they shaped everyday life and inspired future innovations. This stimulating introduction helped set the stage for deeper learning, encouraging students to think like inventors and problem-solvers as they begin their journey into the world of ingenuity.
