Healthy Minds and ME

Mr Loane’s Year 6 class had a visit from Michael, Healthy Minds and Me, who ran a number of workshops around the subject of healthy minds and healthy bodies. Michael taught us about the "5 ways to a healthy you" - learn, be active, take notice, connect and give. He also reminded us of the importance of talking to an adult about any worries we have.
