Healthy Minds

Today Michael from Action Mental Health delivered the "Healthy Minds" programme to Mrs Quinn's Year 6 class.  We played games and completed activities on who we would include in our helping hand.  We talked about the 5 steps to wellbeing also.  Thank you Michael for a lovely fun-filled day.
