Gamers can be TEAM-ers!

11th Jan 2021

If you’re in a household without a laptop or tablet to support online learning - but you do have a games console - there is one potential workaround.

If you have an Xbox One or PlayStation 4, your child can use it to access TEAMS for remote learning.

If you have a keyboard, you can plug it into your Xbox One/Playstation 4 to support typing/logging in.  However, the controller can easily be used too.  Your Games Console is now an educational hub!

If you need to borrow a keyboard and a mouse from school, we have a limited number of spares in school to loan out.  Please contact us via info@stmarysps.killyclogher.ni.sch.uk to let us know if you wish to do this.

(If you’re using your console as a learning hub, it might be good to revisit Parental Controls, perhaps to limit any games your child has trouble prying themselves away from).
