Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

GAA Blitz Winners

The boys from St. Mary's recently competed in a gaelic football blitz organised by Christ The King PS. We entered two teams. Team 1 were victorious in the Cup competition, defeating St. Conor's PS in a keenly fought contest after 'golden score'. The boys all equipped themselves very well and were deserved winners. Team 2 were narrowly beaten in the shield final by Drumragh integrated PS. They also can be very proud of their efforts as they battled gamely during the final, only to be denied on several occasions by a 'Drumagh keeper' who was on top form. The boys all represented their school and clubs with pride, determination and grace. Well done!!
