Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. The children were examining the types of journalistic writing found in newspapers today. They analysed a news report, examining the features and the structure of the text. They are now looking forward to writing their own report on an event of interest.
