This school year, we are raising money to build a covered Outdoor Classroom for use by all year groups for outdoor learning opportunities.
At St. Mary's we want to utilise outdoor learning to boost pupil well-being, support physical and mental health and develop social skills and self-confidence. We want to help our pupils connect with nature and be active in play and exploration. Research tells us the value of this - promoting emotional regulation and allowing for a more hands-on, engaging and memorable educational experience that extends learning beyond the classroom!

Working with our St. Mary's PS Parent Support Group, we are asking our families and community to please do what you can to support us. We are about to announce our '5K Walk/Fun Run' and ask that you 'Save the Date'!
If you would like to take a more active role, please consider joining the Parent Support Group. Watch out for the date of the next meeting. You are more than welcome to come along. If you would like to volunteer when you can, there are always opportunities for this as well.
