Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. We have been busy exploring 3D and 2D shapes in class. We have investigated and talked about the properties of shapes and sorted collections of shapes in several ways - shapes that roll/do not roll, shapes that stack/do not stack, spheres/circles, 2D/3D, red shapes/not red. We have talked about shapes in the environment and the children brought in lots of 3D shapes from around the house for our classroom display table 👏🏻
