Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

Year 3 took part today in a workshop offered by Mrs Doherty and some boys from the CBS. The workshop was called ‘Just Dance’ and the pupils had a fun and energetic time learning what an algorithm is and how to follow a given sequence and create dance routines of their own. They got an opportunity to try out their own dances and perform other groups dances too. It was enjoyed by everyone and we hope they come back soon. Thanks CBS.
