Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively. Christmas is coming! Year 1

It is a really joyful time to be in school and feel the excitement of Christmas among all the girls and boys. We have just dressed up and recorded the important story of the birth of Jesus this week. We have made beautiful Christmas crafts to decorate our homes and we have been busy playing in Santa’s workshop, making toys, wrapping presents and cooking in Mrs. Claus’ kitchen. Today we had on our Christmas jumpers/clothes and had a lovely dinner! The smiles on all those little faces are priceless. What special memories had by all!
