Budding Gymnasts

Year 1 really enjoyed their session of gymnastics taken today by Omagh Leisure Centre visiting coach Gary Donaldson. We had a chance to exercise using the skills of balance, strength, flexibility, agility, co ordination and endurance.  We can’t wait until next week!
