Big Walk and Wheel Day: Wednesday 18th March 2026 On Wednesday 18th March 2026, we encourage everyone (pupils, families and staff) to travel actively to school i.e. Walk, Cycle or Scoot, or at least park up and travel some of the way actively.  Children are invited to ditch the school uniform and dress as brightly as possible to reinforce the Road Safety message of, ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’.   | St. Mary's 🎨 ART COMPETITION 2026 🎨 Closing date Wednesday 25th March 2026.  Entry £3.00.

Anti-Bullying Week

The theme of Anti-Bullying Week this year is ‘One Kind Word’.

Our class have discussed a range of issues around this topic, for example: looking at ways to bully, how it makes people feel, think or act. The children are made aware of what to do in this situation and that ‘kind words’ definitely help.
